On Friday, Norwalk are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Dallas Center-Grimes at 4:45 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Norwalk, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Norwalk couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost to Indianola by a decisive 7-24 margin.
Meanwhile, Dallas Center-Grimes found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 0-28 punch to the gut against Pella last Friday.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better score. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
