It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Princeton had no problem doing just that  on Sunday. They walked away with  a   58-45  win over the Walnut Hills Eagles. The  victory was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on 13 straight.
 Princeton's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Mari Gerton led the charge by  shooting 50% from the field on her way to 19  points. Gerton's afternoon made it nine games in a row in which  she has scored at least 15 points.  Kamryn Lowe was another key player,  putting up seven points in addition to seven  steals and five  rebounds.
Princeton's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Walnut Hills,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at eight games  and leaves them with a 20-6 record.
 Looking ahead, Princeton is taking a road trip to  take on Springboro  at 5:00  p.m.  on March 9th. Princeton knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Springboro likes a good challenge. Walnut Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
