Football Game Preview: Jenks Trojans vs. Owasso Rams + How To Watch

Jenks has won four straight games at home, while Owasso has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Trojans will host the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jenks is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 60-28 win over Edmond Memorial. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked sixth, while the Bulldogs are ranked 42nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Owasso humbled Yukon with a 45-7 victory.

Jenks better keep an eye on Jayden Hall. He was instrumental in Owasso's win, rushing for 177 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 carries. Hall's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 12th straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Julius Wilson, who picked up 140 receiving yards and two TDs.

Jenks' victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Owasso, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.

Jenks was able to grind out a solid victory over Owasso in their previous matchup back in September, winning 31-21. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Hall, who rushed for 117 yards and a pair of scores, and also picked up 37 receiving yards. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Trojans still be able to contain Hall? There's only one way to find out.
