Basketball Recap: St. Paul Academy-Summit Beats Concordia Academy for Their Fourth Straight Win

St. Paul Academy-Summit had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came out on top against the Concordia Academy Beacons by a score of 78-66. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in March.

St. Paul Academy-Summit now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Concordia Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Paul Academy-Summit will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Park at 12:00 p.m. on December 27th. Concordia Academy will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against St. Croix Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
