Basketball Game Preview: Stephens County Indians vs. Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines

The Stephens County Indians are taking a road trip to challenge the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stephens County is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Stephens County was beaten by Hart County 51-23. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 456th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 152nd).

Meanwhile, Prince Avenue Christian hadn't done well against Lake Oconee Academy recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Prince Avenue Christian managed a 35-30 win over Lake Oconee Academy.

Prince Avenue Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Stephens County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.
