St. Joseph Academy's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They never let the Saint Francis Catholic Wolves onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Flashes, who have now won nine games by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Saint Francis Catholic from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Belle Alford led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

St. Joseph Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 43 goals over those nine contests. As for Saint Francis Catholic, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-13-1.
