Volleyball Recap: Covina Comes Up Short

Covina lost against Rowland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Colts fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 3-2. The Colts just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Covina's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Rowland, they moved to 10-12 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Covina will challenge rival West Covina at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Rowland is set to take on their familiar foe Wilson at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
