Basketball Preview: Kimberly Bulldogs vs. Wood River Wolverines
Kimberly is 8-2 against Wood River since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Kimberly Bulldogs are taking a road trip to face off against the Wood River Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kimberly has six straight victories, Wood River has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Kimberly found their leader in sophomore Taya Plew, who went 7 of 17 on her way to 18 points and five boards. Plew's evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Brooklyn Verwey was another key player, putting up 12 points.
