Recap: Wayne County Wildcats vs. Floyd Central Highlanders

Wayne County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Floyd Central Highlanders.

For Floyd Central's part, they let Peyton Drummond and Elise Coleman loose on the outfield. Drummond scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances, while Coleman went 1-for-3 with a home run and three RBI.
