Basketball Recap: Ortonville Takes a Loss

Ortonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 76-64 to the Rothsay Tigers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 76-64 last Wednesday.

Ortonville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Rothsay, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-13.

Ortonville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 77-41 loss against Dawson-Boyd on the 7th. Rothsay has also already played their next matchup (against Polk County West [Climax/Fisher]), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
