Volleyball Recap: Argo Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Argo entered their tilt with Evergreen Park on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mustangs.

While Argo might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Evergreen Park scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Sebastian Pardol paced Argo's offense, picking up nine kills. Pardol got some help from Alexander Jakowicki and his 22 assists. Pardol was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Argo pushed their record up to 22-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Evergreen Park, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-17.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Argo will host Reavis at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Evergreen Park, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Tinley Park at 5:30 p.m. The Mustangs are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
