Basketball Game Preview: Rickover Naval Seadragons vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders + Official Tickets

Rickover Naval is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Roosevelt Rough Riders at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Rickover Naval is coming home looking for redemption after taking a loss in their road opener. They were outmatched by Woodlawn and fell 78-21.

Meanwhile, Roosevelt lost 73-53 to North Chicago on Friday.

Rickover Naval will have to contain Melvin Steward as he made an impact in Roosevelt's last game. He shot 65% from the field on his way to 19 points in addition to five assists and five boards. The contest was Steward's third in a row with at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Kemon Hall, who posted ten points.
