It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lutheran can now relate to. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fulton Steamers on Wednesday. The Crusaders' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lutheran saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Taylor, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Fulton, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Lutheran nor Fulton have any future games scheduled.
