Sierra Canyon made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Loyola, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Sierra Canyon blew past Loyola 10-2 on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Trailblazers, who have now won four games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for Sierra Canyon, bringing their record up to 5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Loyola, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Loyola beat Sierra Canyon by a score of 2-1 on Friday.
