KIPP Columbus had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 28-point drubbing they dealt Horizon Science Academy on Friday. The KIPP Columbus Jaguars simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Horizon Science Academy Hawks 54-26. The Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 25 points or more this season.

KIPP Columbus pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.7 points over those games. As for Horizon Science Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-14 record this season.
