Football Game Preview: Chuckey-Doak Black Knights vs. Claiborne Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Chuckey-Doak Black Knights will take on the Claiborne Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Chuckey-Doak and six for Claiborne dating back to last season.

Chuckey-Doak made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Johnson County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Black Knights fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 16-14 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Claiborne played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Gatlinburg-Pittman 56-8. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-0.

Chuckey-Doak's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Claiborne, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Chuckey-Doak suffered a grim 39-13 defeat to Claiborne in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Black Knights were down 27-0.
