Basketball Recap: Seymour Takes a Loss

Seymour lost against Scottsburg last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Seymour Owls fell just short of the Scottsburg Warriors by a score of 48-45.

Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Scottsburg, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-10.

Seymour will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Rushville at 1:30 p.m. Seymour is facing Rushville at the right time seeing as Rushville is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Scottsburg, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 81-11 win against Salem on the 16th.
