Softball Recap: Hall Takes a Loss

Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 11-1 to the Rockridge Rockets. If the Red Devils were looking for revenge after losing 7-1 to the Rockets when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hall saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caroline Morris, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI. Ava Delphi also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Hall's record now sits at 0-5. As for Rockridge, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Hall will be playing in front of their home fans against El Paso-Gridley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockridge, they will square off against Erie-Prophetstown at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
