McDowell's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Meadville Bulldogs by a score of 7-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 back in April.

The team relied heavily on Colton Orlando, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Calvin Hiltabidel was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

McDowell's record now sits at 12-4. As for Meadville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
