Volleyball Recap: Eastlake Extends Winning Streak to Four

Eastlake extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Addison Carrillo. The Falcons put the hurt on the Socorro Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday thanks in part to Carrillo, who had 11 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Eastlake was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-9, 25-13.

Eastlake's win bumped their record up to 26-3. As for Socorro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, Eastlake and Socorro will both be playing Franklin the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will host the Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
