Manatee waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They breezed by the Braden River Pirates to the tune of 41-0. The result was nothing new for the Hurricanes, who have now won six games by 24 points or more so far this season.

Manatee had a senior duo take command as Andrew Heidel threw for 293 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes and Jalen Bryant picked up 119 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those five passing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Heidel. The team also got some help courtesy of Keith Smith, who rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
