Football Recap: Hillsboro Triumphs

Hillsboro's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Aloha Warriors by a score of 40-29. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Hillsboro's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Aloha, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Hillsboro will challenge McNary at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Spartans will be up against the Celtics' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Aloha, they will venture away from home to challenge Canby at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
