Soccer Game Preview: Legacy vs. South Gate

The Legacy Tigers will face off against the South Gate Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Legacy is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Garfield on Monday. The Tigers fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, South Gate and Bell finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Monday.

With that draw, South Gate's record moves to 7-8-5. As for Legacy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-7-3 record this season.

Legacy was able to grind out a solid victory over South Gate when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 3-1. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
