Baseball Recap: Apex Cougars vs. Broughton Capitals
Apex easily dispatched Franklinton on Wednesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Cougars fell just short of the Broughton Capitals by a score of 10-8 on Thursday. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Capitals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2025.
