Softball Recap: Madison County Cowboys vs. St. John Paul II Panthers
Madison County got themselves on the board against St. John Paul II on Thursday, but St. John Paul II never followed suit. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Panthers. The Cowboys haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Not much got past Alden Bass, who gave up just two hits and racked up 14 Ks to keep St. John Paul II off the board. Bass has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in 15 consecutive appearances.
