Andover hadn't done well against Forest Lake recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Huskies walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Rangers. This was payback for the Huskies, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

While Andover might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Forest Lake scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20, 18-25, 25-20.

Andover has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Andover will head out on the road to challenge Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Huskies' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Forest Lake, they will face off against North Branch at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
