Football Game Preview: Lowell Devils vs. St. Paul Buckaroos + How To Watch

Lowell is 0-3 against St. Paul since October of 2018 but things could change on Friday. The Devils will square off against the Buckaroos at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Lowell sitting on six straight wins and St. Paul on four.

Lowell is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Monroe, posting a 76-6 victory. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Devils with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, St. Paul took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 56-8 win over Corbett. Given the Buckaroos' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon football rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Cardinals are ranked 52nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lowell's record now sits at 6-1. As for St. Paul, their record is now 4-1.

Lowell took a serious blow against St. Paul in their previous meeting back in November of 2019, falling 68-8. Can the Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
