Football Recap: Craig County Piles Up the Points Against Mount View + How To Watch

Craig County won against Bland County two weeks ago with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Rockets blew past the Mount View Golden Knights, posting a 56-8 victory. Fans of the Rockets have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Craig County found their leader in sophomore Bradyn Dunbar, who rushed for 120 yards and one TD on only nine carries.

The win was the third in a row for Craig County, bringing their record up to 3-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 53.3 points this season. As for Mount View, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Craig County will host Twin Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last. As for Mount View, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wyoming East at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
