Volleyball Recap: Pine Grove Takes a Loss

Pine Grove was the 2-1 winner over Ingomar when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Falcons on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17, 19-25, 25-19.

Abby Miller was the offensive standout of the game as she had 18 assists and six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high.

Pine Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2. As for Ingomar, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Pine Grove will take on Walnut at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ingomar, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against South Pontotoc on the 7th.
