Basketball Game Preview: Rosemont Wolverines vs. El Dorado Cougars

The Rosemont Wolverines just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the El Dorado Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Rosemont will be strutting in after a victory while El Dorado will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Rosemont beat Galt 46-37. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

Meanwhile, El Dorado came up short against Argonaut on Tuesday and fell 77-64. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 878th, while the Mustangs are ranked 420th).

The win got Rosemont back to even at 10-10. As for El Dorado, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Rosemont didn't have too much breathing room in their game against El Dorado when the teams last played on January 10th, but they still walked away with a 55-49 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rosemont since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
