It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Buchholz had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Fletcher Senators. The win was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won eight matchups in a row.

Leading Buchholz to victory were Julia Almond and Izzy Carter. Almond had 12 digs and two aces, while Carter had 15 digs and four aces. Almond is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Buchholz's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Fletcher, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-4.

As of now, neither Buchholz nor the Senators have any future games scheduled.
