Softball Preview: Natomas Nighthawks vs. Rio Linda Knights
The Natomas Nighthawks are taking a road trip to square off against the Rio Linda Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Natomas has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 10.

Rio Linda was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Woodland only posted a batting average of .200.
Rio Linda has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Natomas, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-15.
