Baseball Recap: Carlisle County Find Success

Carlisle County's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with a 10-5 victory over the Halls Tigers. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Comets considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Koltyn Perez was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Brennan O'Neill was another key player, going 1-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.

Carlisle County now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Halls, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Carlisle County will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Crockett County at 6:45 p.m. As for Halls, they will face off against Ballard Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
