Volleyball Recap: Redondo Union Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Huntington Beach, Redondo Union was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Edison Chargers.

Redondo Union had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-19, 26-24, 25-23.

Redondo Union's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Edison, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

After both having extra time off, Redondo Union and Peninsula will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Edison, they will face off against Los Alamitos at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
