Volleyball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point was the 2-1 winner over Hillcrest when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Hillcrest, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-8.

West Point wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Bayside Academy on the 30th. As for Hillcrest, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Tuscaloosa County at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
