Belton extended their home winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Lilah Gardner. The Belton Pirates walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Warrensburg Tigers on Thursday thanks in part to Gardner, who had 15 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in the last four games she's played.

In the three sets Belton was on fire: they won each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-15, 25-11, 25-14.

Belton was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2023.

Despite the loss, Warrensburg had strong showings from Mea Lofting, who had 16 digs, and Milayna Garcia, who had five digs.
