Easton Lombardi Delivers Best Effort of Season

Cornersville came up short on Friday despite Easton Lombardi delivering his best game to date. Lombardi rushed for 65 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Cornersville is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6. Lombardi and Cornersville will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Eagleville at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.
