Dixie strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Pine View Panthers by a score of 50-40. For the Flyers, this counts as revenge for the 51-35 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2025.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kenedy Eves, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Fiefia, who posted 14 points and seven boards.

Dixie's victory bumped their record up to 15-0. As for Pine View, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Dixie is set to face off against their familiar foe Cedar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pine View will take on rival Snow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
