Volleyball Recap: Atherton Falls to Sacred Heart in First Game of Season

Atherton kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Sacred Heart Valkyries. If the Ravens were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Valkyries when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-13, 25-7.

Looking ahead, Atherton is taking a road trip to challenge Jeffersontown at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sacred Heart, they will square off against Knoxville Catholic at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.
