Robinson skates past Brandon with ease

The Robinson Knights's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past Brandon 69-30 on the road. That 39 points margin sets a new team best for Robinson this season.

LaJesse Harrold was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zyon Floyd, who scored nine points along with eight steals and five rebounds.

Robinson's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-8. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for Brandon, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Robinson won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Plant City at 8:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Plant City will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. As for Brandon, they will head out on the road to square off against Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
