Basketball Recap: Northpointe Christian Wins Going Away Against Saranac

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kalamazoo Christian, NorthPointe Christian was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Saranac Redhawks with a sharp 55-31 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Mustangs considering their 20-point performance the matchup before.

NorthPointe Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-14 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Saranac and nudges their season record down to 6-17.

Coming up, NorthPointe Christian will head out on the road to face off against Pewamo-Westphalia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pewamo-Westphalia will roll in looking for their 24th straight win, something NorthPointe Christian surely won't give up without a fight. Saranac does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
