Advanced Math & Science Academy strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Uxbridge Spartans with a sharp 13-1 victory. Considering the Eagles have won nine games by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Adriann Murphy spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Madelyn Glynn and Brooke Laudate did most of the damage at the plate: Glynn went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Laudate went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most hits Laudate has posted since back in April. Susana Porras also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

Advanced Math & Science Academy's record is now 15-0. As for Uxbridge, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-13.

Looking ahead, Advanced Math & Science Academy will host Nipmuc Regional at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Uxbridge, they will challenge St. Paul at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
