The third road contest was the charm for New Egypt, as they earned their first away victory of the season. Everything went their way against the Manchester Township Hawks on Thursday as they made off with a 9-2 win. The Warriors' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Justin Kramer and Aidan Healy made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Kramer didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Meanwhile, Healy pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. At the plate, Kramer went 2-for-5 with three runs and two RBI, while Healy got on base in two of his five plate appearances with two runs and two RBI. That's the most hits Kramer has posted since back in May of 2024.

In other batting news, Jake Milicia was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Nolan Arnold, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3-1. As for Manchester Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
