Recap: Lakeside Panthers vs. Harlem Bulldogs

The Lakeside Panthers put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Harlem 60-21 at home. The result was nothing new for Lakeside, who have now won four contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Lakeside found their leader in underclassman Kobi Barnes, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Barnes has scored at least 25% of Lakeside's points. Asunti Porter was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with 3 steals.

Lakeside's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Harlem, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Lakeside will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Augusta Christian at 6:00 p.m. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Augusta Christian: 13.5, Lakeside: 28.6) so any points scored will be well earned. Harlem's road trip will continue as they head out to face Greenbrier at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st. Greenbrier comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
