Baseball Recap: Cotulla Comes Up Short

Cotulla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 12-1 to the John F. Kennedy Rockets.

Cotulla saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Frank Torres, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Cotulla's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for John F. Kennedy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cotulla will welcome La Pryor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Bulldogs have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for John F. Kennedy, they will host Pleasanton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
