Recap: Ilwaco Fishermen vs. Raymond Seagulls
The Ilwaco Fishermen can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Raymond 71-41 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Ilwaco as they're now sitting on six straight.
Talan Yearout and Chris Banker certainly did their best on Thursday to try and avoid the loss. Yearout scored 13 points along with six rebounds, while Banker scored 12 points along with two steals.
Ilwaco's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 40 points. As for Raymond, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
Ilwaco will be playing at home against Tenino at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tenino has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 248 points over their last four matchups. As for Raymond, they will head out on the road to face off against Aberdeen at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Aberdeen is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
