Baseball Game Preview: Grace Christian Grizzlies vs. Redington Huskies

Grace Christian is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Redington a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Grace Christian Grizzlies will host the Redington Huskies. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Grace Christian is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Kenai Central, who was ranked ninth at the time (Grace Christian was ranked 25th). The Grizzlies came up short against the Kardinals on Saturday, falling 15-0.

Meanwhile, Redington fell victim to Houston and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 11-0 to the Hawks. The game marked the first time this year in which the Huskies were not able to get on the board.

Redington saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elias Buzzard, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Grace Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Redington, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
