Basketball Preview: Mishawaka HomeSchool W Wildcats vs. Portage Christian        
        
		
            
 Mishawaka HomeSchool W has been on the road for eight straight, but  on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on Portage Christian at 7:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. Given that  both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  game.
 Last Saturday, it was a hard-fought  contest, but Mishawaka HomeSchool W had to settle for a  37-34 loss against the.
  Colten Dobrodt put forth a good effort for the losing side as  he  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and ten  rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more  steals the last 12 times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Hayden Blair, who  scored seven points.
 Meanwhile,  this season hasn't been kind to Portage Christian, who are still winless after their 18th game. They were dealt a  80-24 defeat at the hands of Westville on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 57  points in the game before, Portage Christian couldn't push the score so high this time.
 Mishawaka HomeSchool W has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost ten of their last 12 games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-19 record this season. As for Portage Christian, their loss was  their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-18.
 Mishawaka HomeSchool W was able to grind out a solid  victory over the  in their previous meeting  back in February of 2023, winning  61-50. Will Mishawaka HomeSchool W repeat their success,  or do  the  have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
