Soccer Recap: Enid Comes Up Short

Enid was the 3-0 winner over Piedmont when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Plainsmen lost 3-0 to the Wildcats on Tuesday. Enid just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Enid's loss dropped their record down to 3-11-2. As for Piedmont, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Enid will face off against rival Stillwater at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Piedmont is set to challenge their familiar foe Grant at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
