Volleyball Recap: Neenah Harripersaud and Madelyn Gonzalez Secure Win for Atlantic Christian

Atlantic Christian lost to Treasure Coast back in September of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Sharks put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sharks.

Atlantic Christian walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-14, 25-18.

Leading Atlantic Christian to victory were Madelyn Gonzalez and Neenah Harripersaud. Gonzalez had 30 digs, while Harripersaud had 36 assists. Those 30 digs gave Gonzalez a new career-high.

Atlantic Christian's record is now 10-7. As for Treasure Coast, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Atlantic Christian will host Lake Worth Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Treasure Coast, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Fork at 6:00 p.m. on October 1.
